Accounts Payable Administrator
Job Details
Our client is hiiring an Accounts Payable Administrator. Your duties will include
? Processing staff expense claims.
? Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with supplier queries.
? Receiving, coding, registering for approval and entry of supplier invoices.
? Processing of manual and computerised cheque runs for Irish and foreign suppliers.
? General office administration.
? Entering of nominal ledger journals and maintenance of daybooks.
Applicants for the above position:
? Must have the ability to work flexibly as part of a small team in a busy working environment
? Must have strong communication and organisational skills.
? Must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Lotus Notes.
? Must be numerate, and ideally will have prior experience in an Accounts Payable role
