Clinical Nurse Manager and/or Assistant Director of Nursing - Nursing Home, South Dublin

A well established reputable Nursing Home in South Dublin is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager CNM/ADON,

This purpose built Nursing Home is looking to hire a confident and capable Nurse to join their management ream. This will be hands on role, with additional responsibilities in the areas of compliance, staff management and ensuring an excellent quality of care is given to all residents Salary is excellent and negotiable and is dependent on experience.

The Candidate:

ABA Registered (www.nursingboard.ie)
Great knowledge of HIQA Guidelines
Ability to Devise, Revise Policies and Procedures
Previous Management experience in Aged Care required.
Gerontology experience and qualifications desirable.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Ability to Multi Task and Deliver to Deadlines.
Person Centred approached to Nursing required
Strong leadership and persuasion skills
