My Client, a First Class Luxury Cosmetics Retailer is looking to recruit for an Experienced Business Manager for their Flagship Account in Dublin city centre

If you are interested in this exciting role please continue to read on, but before doing so you must possess Excellent Retail Management Experience. A Cosmetics/Skincare and Fragrance background would be ideal. A Fashion and Homewear Management background will also be considered. You Must also have the Experience of Managing and Driving a Sales Team to Deliver Superb Results, this Experience is Essential and a Proven Track Record of this Achievement must be evident, to be considered for interview for this role.

The ideal Candidate -
 Will have Cosmetics Account Management
 Must be an Excellent Brand Ambassador, leading from the front at all times.
 Will be extremely well-presented and take pride in being a flawless representative for the Brand.
 Have a genuine desire and hunger to achieve and exceed all projected targets.
 Demonstrate outstanding Retail sales skills.
 Possess exemplary leadership ability to uphold the luxurious Brand history
Manage, coach and develop a team of high calibre Stylists to surpass all customer expectations
 Achieve Retail sales targets, by working with each Customer to identify their own personal and unique needs.
 Have entrepreneurial expertise and a genuine passion for maximising all Business opportunities,
 Liaise with the Senior Management Team to successfully promote and market the business locally businesses which share
