Our Client, a Leading, Multi-National and Luxury Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Retailer is looking to recruit for an Experienced Fashion Retail Concession Manager to take over the running of their fabulous Concession in South Dublin.

This is an exciting role and an excellent career move for the right candidate! This Retailer is dynamic, stylish, uber-trendy and appeals to all fashion savvy individuals! Their product is loved by all for their cutting-edge designs, stylish collections, luxurious colours and fabrics, and up to the minute catwalk trends!

Job Role

Our Client is looking for an experienced, commercial Concession Manager who will take over the running of this high profile and well-known Concession. This is a challenging role but very rewarding and will offer continuous growth and progression within this Company! The successful candidate will mentor, coach and develop a sales team to achieve results.

Essential Criteria

 You will be experienced Fashion Retail General Manager/Branch Manager with a proven track record in selling, managing, developing people and controlling costs and hitting targets.
 You will be immaculately groomed, used to working in an assisted service environment where customer service is key.
 A high-end, luxurious retail Management background in Fashion is advantageous although not essential.
 You will be an expert at driving sales and motivation and inspiring your sales team to succeed.
 Preferably you will have footwear experience but fashion experience is essential and ideally luxury experience.
