Our Client, a huge Fashion Retailer is looking to recruit for an experienced and talented Deputy Manager to assist in the running of their high profile, Flagship Store in Cork City Centre. This renowned Brand offers a unique, uber-trendy and chic range of clothing and accessories that are of fantastic quality and value at highstreet prices. Their core market target is fashionable women in their mid/late 20’s that exudes style, flair and edge in their dress sense.

Because this is a Flagship Store the following criteria is essential to be considered for this role
 Will have managed a team of 15/20+ Staff for a High Street Fashion Retailer
 Will have had at least 2/3 years management experience in a similar role.
 Very good knowledge of spoken English and demonstrate excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
 Available to work on a full time basis and to suit the needs of the business
 Will love everything about fashion and exude a strong sense of style.
 Strong initiative and self-motivation to drive and exceed sales targets, goals and objectives.
