My Client, a well-known and established Fashion Retailer is looking to recruit for an experienced Fashion Retail Store Manager for their fabulous Branch in Bangor, Co. Down. If you love interacting with and styling customers, leading your staff by excellent example and working toward achieving and exceeding sales targets, than this is the career move for you!

My Client has grown aggressively over the past few years due to an ever-growing demand and will continue to expand, despite the recession!! The Ideal Candidate

 As a Store Manager for this well-known and busy Store in Bangor you will also be expected to be an Excellent Manager and Brand Ambassador who exudes style, sophistication and taste
 A Fashion Management retail background is essential for this role and ideally you will be coming from a Ladieswear Fashion Retail Company.
 You must have managed a sales team of 8/10 staff and must have had experience of training and developing at Store/Assistant Manager level.
 You will be passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about trends and current styles.
 You must have natural endurance, eagerness and stamina to take over the smooth running of this already well-established and successful Store, you will continue to drive it forward and keep on maximising staff productivity and sales turnover.
 You will have an outstanding and proven track record of Retail Management career achievements to date.
 You are ambitious, focused and driven to get to the top of Retail!

Key Responsibilities

 Ensuring the smooth running of your branch through operational excellence
 Recruiting, leading and developing your team to achieve both individual & store objectives
 Maintaining commerciality of your store through a thorough understanding of your competitor market and Retail trends
 Ensuring the highest standards of customer service whilst delivering results on mystery shops
 Full profit & loss accountability for your branch including Payroll and HR
 Achievement of Company targets relating to all stock loss
 Responsibility for the excellent visual presentation and sell through of all product lines
