Fulfilment Administrator

Job Details

Our client, a leading Manufacturing Company require a Fulfilment Administrator to assist in managing and maintaining core processes for their Fulfilment Department. This is a Permanent position and the successful candidate will be required to
o Ensure Fulfilment is completed and shipped each day
o Daily reconciliation of all stocks ensuring accuracy of daily shipments and stock on hand.
o Ensuring that all external fulfilment nodes are properly supplied with the necessary product.
o Liaising with the purchasing team in ensuring that customers needs are being met
o Liaising with customer service in satisfying all external and internal inquiries.
o Dealing with our internal departments in any adhoc requirements that are needed for all Clients.
o Overseeing Courier collections for Irish and ROW customers.
o Must be detail oriented
o Have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Positive attitude
o Good understanding of PC applications including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and e-mail.
