Job Details
The role involves:
Recruitment and selection of medical and nursing personnel
Working closely with Hiring Managers to ensure consistent, high quality and cost effective recruitment
Produce status reports to the management team as required.
Coach and train new and existing team members.
Liaise with external specialist agencies when required.
Liaise with Departmental managers to establish hiring forecasts.
Influence and guide recruitment decision-making process of senior managers
Source and interview medical and nursing candidates in conjunction with hiring managers
