Our client is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager coming from a Software Background with 10yrs+ Sales/People Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives 8/10 approx and optimising their revenue production, goal achievement, and development. The ideal Candidate will have supporting responsibilities off hiring, HR, ongoing process improvement, coaching, mentoring. You will be able to set goals in relation to Inside Sales Reps calls and closing ratio with day to day guidance on individual deals and custom solution, Individual reviews, goal setting, and development plans, effective reporting and analysing. The successful Candidate will support and provide coverage for the Director of Sales. Do you have the following:
Confidence and ability to work with Senior Management
Computer literate with the ability to learn new software programs with ease - Interest in high tech sales and marketing
College degree required with 10 years of experience managing an inside sales team in a hi-tech environment.
Coordination of activities with Marketing, Sales Ops, Channel, and Client Services.
