Our Client, a Strong, International, Luxury Jewellery Retailer is currently recruiting for a brand new and exciting Wholesale Account Manager’s role here in Ireland! In rapid succession, this giant Luxury Retailer now boasts a well-established and respected presence all over America, Asia and Europe. Our Client has an expanding portfolio of Exclusive Boutiques, Fabulous Concessions, and High Profile Accounts in some of the world’s most sought after Jewellery Retailers.
They are renowned for their diverse collections which can be trendy and timeless, loud and subtle in design, funky and classic. Their watches and jewellery suit all occasions and outfits – covering festive clothing, business attire and leisure-look apparel. The various collections are geared towards each other and can be combined, or supplemented with each other.

**** Please note that Candidates who do not have Luxury Wholesale Account Management experience within Jewellery, Watches, Cosmetics, Fashion, Footwear & Fragrance sectors will not be considered for this role.
Excellent Customer Relationship Management is paramount for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for
Oganising and synchronising the business processes of over 12 Accounts here in Ireland
Consistent Excellent Customer Service.
Sourcing, attracting and winning new Clients.
Nurturing, developing and retaining those the Company have already
Reducing the costs of marketing and client service.
Increase profitability & reducing operational costs
Desirable Candidate
You'll need proven Wholesale Account Management/Multi-site experience, together with a good record of achieving targets. You must have Luxury Wholesale Area Management Experience. Senior candidates coming from Jewellery, Cosmetics, Fashion, Footwear & Fragrance sectors will all be strongly considered for this role.
Will be completely flexible to travel all over Ireland.
You will have a current role in delivering current sales budgets and identifying and developing future growth opportunities.
A business related qualification is advantageous although a not essential, relevant hand on experience is paramount to be considered for this role.

Role Accountabilities
To achieve the financial business target, the contact target and any other target (e.g. focus target) agreed for the territory.
To visit the existing Clients on a regular cycle according to their classification.
To execute an economic journey plan and to report field activity on a daily basis, and maintain accurate records as requested (e.g. update visit reports, data base, pictures etc.).
Provide written reports on customer visits as and when required to the Sales Director.
To look for and develop suitable new independent retail outlets (acquisitions) in the area
To do location checks to increase our database for potential accounts.
To assist with merchandising as and when required and ensure that the visual merchandising used by Clients in the area are in line with the company seasonal merchandising guidelines.
Report on all competitor activities in the Area and ensure that the Sales Director is kept informed.
Maintain all Company equipment in pristine and working order, including car, samples, mobile telephone, all IT and office equipment.
Attend meetings and travel as required by the nature of the job.
Comply with all reasonable management instructions.
To work with the Customer Service Manager to minimise and manage bad debts and to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
