Our Client, a leading Pharmacy Retailer is looking to recruit for an Experienced Retail Store Manager to take over the running of their well established and high turnover Store in Co. Westmeath. This Company has grown from strength to strength each year and offers vast progression and unlimited career opportunities for ambitious, dynamic and results driven Store Managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for -
 Retail management of a team of 10-12 Retail staff.
 Driving and exceeding sales targets in the Store
 Accountable for two major cosmetic accounts in Store

The ideal candidate -
 Must have managed a sales team in a similar retail background i.e. cosmetics, fragrance, pharmacy or grocery.
 Will have a proven track record of career success to date within Retail Management
 Will possess strong business and commercial acumen.
 Must have natural energy, stamina, enthusiasm and desire to continue pushing this business forward.
 Will ideally have Pharmacy experience, although this is not essential it is advantageous
 Will have similar Store Retail Management experience essential or Department Management
