Print Services Specialist

Job Details

Our client a print services multinational require a Print Services Specialist to implement the print procurement and management strategies developed in partnership with the client, ensuring the production of the most cost effective product is achieved. Manage print projects from concept through delivery to market, and develop production strategies to
decrease cost and increase efficiency and quality, you must act as primary source for advice for all print production needs of the client business units, print purchasing, manage stock and budget levels, rationalise and consolidate deliverables, identify and develop opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. The ideal Candidate will manage print production on behalf of the customer and deliver agreed SLA measures for customer and our client. You must maintain customer satisfaction, resolve queries, and also manage support functions to re-engineer process improvements. You must be able to collate relevant management information as specified. Develop and manage relevant client relationships and build and maintain external supplier relationships.

Print industry experience ESSENTIAL either in a production environment or in print purchasing. Experience with commercial/ transaction print /digital print /direct marketing with the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment.
