Producer/Project Manager

Our client is a major Online Gaming company based in Dublin and they are seeking experienced producers/project managers who will each be responsible for managing one of Jolts new online game developments.



The successful candidates will also be responsible for scheduling and budgeting on their title and ensuring that all deadlines are met. This job will mean working closely with many different areas of the business such as Community Management, Developers, Game Design teams, Art teams, QA and Senior Management. The role reports directly to the Production Director.



You will be operating in a fast-moving start-up company and almost every day will be different. If this is not to your liking, then we advise against applying.



Requirements

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years experience, who can demonstrate the ability to expertly manage one of Jolts new game developments. This role will ensure delivery of the new game title from concept to release stage.



Must haves:

- 3+ years people management and product management experience

- Effective communicator and excellent leadership skills

- Excellent multi-tasking, planning and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks in an organized method

- Experience of managing large projects with multiple teams and skill sets

- Strong understanding of the game development process and its requirements

- Previous management of software development/games projects essential



The following are a major plus:

- Project Management software/applications: MS Office, MS Project, Basecamp etc…

- Understanding of web applications and languages (e.g Photoshop, HTML/XTML, CMS etc…)

- Knowledge of online games
