This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual coming from a high volume turnover or departmental store retail environment with a track record of success in driving business performance through people. You should be a strong leader with excellent motivation skills which you can transfer to your team in order to run a successful high turnover store. You should have previous management experience.

Requirements:
Previous retail management experience
Exceptional operational skills and the ability to drive high standards through your teams.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to motivate & develop a team of staff.
Sales driven to achieve & exceed targets.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong visual merchandising skills.
Commercially aware with the knowledge to achieve competitive advantage for the business.

The role will suit a Store Manager or a manager with a proven track record at Deputy Manager or Department Manager level in a fashion retail or homewares
