You may only use this Site for lawful purposes when seeking employment or help with your career or when recruiting staff. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the Site or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorised access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this Site or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the Site.

You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to this site. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights of any person in any jurisdiction. You are also responsible for ensuring that all information, data and files are free of viruses or other routines or engines that may damage or interfere with any system or data prior to being submitted to this site. We reserve the right to remove any information supplied by you from the website at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason without being required to give any explanation.

Information Submitted by You

We will use information supplied by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) to aid the recruitment process and associated administrative functions. This involves us, amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing or making available online such information to prospective employers and clients; information about vacancies and placements will be passed to candidates and may be posted directly onto the website.

We use third parties to help us process your information as part of the recruitment process. We may collect and aggregate data from the information supplied by you to help us to understand our users as a group so that we can provide you with a better service. We may also share aggregate information with selected third parties, without disclosing individual names or identifying information. You consent to us using information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) in each of these ways.

Please note that all Third Party recruitment agencies have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and should they be found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions, they will be prevented from using our services.

We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We explain more about your personal data in our Privacy Policy. Transfer outside the EEA: Personal information comprising your CV may be accessed through the Hunt Talent database by third parties outside the Economic European Area ("EEA"). This could happen for instance if you apply for a vacancy where the employer is based outside the EEA. By registering and using this Web Site, you consent to this transfer.

Registration and Password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration whether or not authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify Hunt Talent of any unauthorised use of your registration or password.

Our Liability.

Hunt Talent Sites are only a venue. This Web Site acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post CV's and does not screen or censor the listings offered. Hunt Talent is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, Hunt Talent has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or CV's posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks including, but not limited to, the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site and/or the other Hunt Talent Sites.

Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, Hunt Talent cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behaviour of participants on any Hunt Talent Site, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Hunt Talent (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Web Site and the other Hunt Talent Sites. By its very nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate and in some cases will be mislabelled or deceptively labelled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using this Web Site and/or the other Hunt Talent Sites.

The Web Site Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Hunt Talent makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the Web Site or the Web Site Content. Hunt Talent is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of Hunt Talent Sites and The Hunt Talent Network shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any entity posting jobs on any Hunt Talent Site.

HUNT TALENT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE WEB SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF ANY HUNT TALENT SITE OR THE WEB SITE CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, HUNT TALENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. Limitation of Liability.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY HUNT TALENT SITE OR YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITE CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED £100. Termination. Hunt Talent reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this Web Site and other Hunt Talent Sites and/or immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and other Hunt Talent Sites and/or any other service provided to you by Hunt Talent, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of any Hunt Talent Site or if Hunt Talent is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site registration or other Hunt Talent Site registration. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hunt Talent, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any material you provide to a Hunt Talent Site, (ii) any Web Site Content that you use or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Hunt Talent shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this website and any agreements entered into through this website are to be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any agreement made through this website. Some of the goods or services offered through this website may not be lawful or may otherwise not be permitted in certain countries outside the United Kingdom. If you attempt to order, receive, purchase or otherwise benefit from any such goods or services, we do not accept any liability for any losses suffered by you in using this website which you would not have suffered had you been accessing this website as a United Kingdom resident (including as a result of us being prevented from dealing with any application or enquiry by any law, regulation or other ruling applicable in any country).

Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity
