Our client is looking to recruit a Trainer, they will be capable of managing all aspects of the day to day training requirements of the company, take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills and dedicated to providing the highest quality of training of home care to those who are delivering the care itself.

* Have demonstrated good commercial and business acumen;
* Understanding of clinical systems implementation methodologies, process re engineering and change management;
* Solid verbal and written communication skills;
* Preferred background in nursing, social work or other ancillary services;
* May suit somebody from a Nursing/ Medical /Social background;
* Have good understanding of FETAC process
* Possess a recognised train the trainer certificate.

Desirable
* ECDL and comfortable in an IT rich environment;
* Knowledge of online training delivery

Salary 28,000 - 34,000euro
